Lead BA across concurrent Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (Order-to-Cash) implementations for enterprise clients spanning multiple industries. Each programme runs in parallel, so managing priorities, keeping requirements aligned across workstreams, and maintaining stakeholder confidence simultaneously is a core part of the role.Day-to-day running structured discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews, translating what comes out of those sessions into well-documented BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that Salesforce architects and developers can build from without ambiguity. I work closely with the technical team throughout — not just handing over a requirements document and stepping back, but staying involved to make sure what gets built actually matches what was agreed.Also responsible for UAT planning, test script authoring, defect management, and client relationship management from initial scoping through to post-go-live hypercare.
