Led Operations for launch of new Digital Banking in 2016. Instrumental in defining processes and controls for newly built Digital Bank, EQ Bank. Joined few months before launch, defined system screen, inquiries and reports for effective control and manage daily operations smoothly- Helped launch new products, HISA accounts, GIC, International Payments (Wise), Automated Referral Program, USD Account, Joint Account, RRSP, TFSA, Quebec launch and EQ Bank Card, etc- Develop, document and maintain standards, processes and controls in order to minimize loss/ risk, ensure all regulatory requirements are met, and safeguard the assets of the Bank- Lead a team of Managers\\Officers to conduct daily processing workflows, including but not limited to client onboarding, Incoming EFT processing, Return items processing, Transfer-In and Transfer-Out requests for Registered Products, Card Settlement & Reconciliation, BIN Settlement and Reconciliation and Fraud Operations- Maintain key controls and review processes, where applicable, to ensure operating - integrity and compliance with internal and external regulators, involving an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements as prescribed for the business unit; provide recommendations and implement corrective actions to ensure adherence, as required- Identify opportunities for process improvement and initiate change
