I am an experienced Training Assistant Manager With over five years of experience, I specialize in designing and delivering dynamic training programs focused on software products, processes, and skill development. My work has consistently enhanced the knowledge and performance of both employees and clients.Currently, I am with WNS Global Solutions. Prior to this, I worked at Snovasys Software Solutions, where I collaborated closely with product development and quality assurance teams to ensure training content was aligned with product specifications and standards. My tenure there was cut short due to company-wide layoffs. Before Snovasys, I was an L2 Trainer at Wipro, where I delivered process, product, soft skills, and quality training to staff and management across multiple regions. I also played a key role in refining training materials, incorporating participant feedback and industry best practices. Additionally, I managed client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.My expertise includes process training, team leadership, soft skills, communication, BQ management, root cause analysis (RCA), and action plan execution.
