Working on B2B SaaS Data management platform. My focus has been on developing features to help users understand and visualise their data landscape. Operate in squads-like teams in an Agile environment.My responsibilities include: gathering insights on users workflow, creating end-end user journeys, validating hypothesis and designs, creating low and high fidelity designs. Having also been the first UX designer on the team, I have aided the business in many ways to improve the usability, interface and accessibility of the application.Beyond the boundaries of my responsibilities, I have developed conceptual prototypes to explore new features which has also resulted in new prospects signing up. I have developed and made improvements across multiple features, both existing and new. A few examples of features to mention are: Data Catalog, search capabilities, Enterprise visualisation(Data Maps), metric/insights dashboards and reporting document tool.
