I am passionate about the power of the arts to build community and inspire creativity, I work at the intersection of program development, cultural engagement, and organizational operations, supporting programs that transform ideas into impactful live experiences for schools across Alberta. I manage the operational and administrative delivery of one of Alberta’s largest theatre-for-young-audiences organizations, producing 50–60 community-based theatre residencies annually across schools in the province of Alberta. In collaboration with the Creative Director and Production Manager I plan seasons, oversee program budgets, manage artist and school contracts, and coordinate touring productions involving up to 600 students per residency.Other responsibilities include program logistics, financial tracking, grant reporting, and stakeholder communications with schools, artists, and community partners, including Indigenous communities. I design marketing materials and keep all digital communications and program evaluation relevant, ensuring the successful execution of large-scale arts programming, reaching thousands of participants annually.
