   Oversee employment-based immigration responsibilities, including I-9 compliance, for approximately 80 foreign national employees (F-1, TN, EAD, H-1B, and Green Card holders).• Collaborate with managers, foreign national employees, and external immigration counsel to navigate immigration processes, budgets, ensure compliance, and manage associated costs.• Provide timely communication of key immigration and HR updates, policy changes, reports and fee adjustments to HR teams and management, offering training and guidance on their impact on the organization.• Maintain comprehensive immigration records, utilizing tracking systems and preparing reports as requested.• Research, develop, and contribute to the implementation and update of company policies, procedures, training and the Employee Handbook to ensure alignment with industry standards and legal requirements.• Provide compliance support for ITAR, DOL, and USCIS regulations, assisting with vetting processes and government investigations.• Lead the planning and execution of employee and charity events, developing strategies and coordinating logistics to enhance employee engagement and community involvement.• Assist employees with international business travel, providing necessary documentation and information, facilitating work permits, and offering comprehensive guidance on travel requirements.• Support our HR Business Partners (HRBPs), HR Operations, and HR leadership on various HR initiatives, including workforce planning, investigations, job descriptions, training, and policy development.• Support the HR Hotline by addressing HR inquiries and providing ongoing guidance on policies and procedures.• Manage and assist with various HR tasks, including I-9 and E-Verify support and training, intranet management, employee wellness initiatives, budget and recruitment activities.
