What\'s an animal that best describes you? For me, it would be a Border Collie. They are remarkably bright workaholics who LOVE challenges. And they are incredible herders. As a Project Manager, one of my strongest skills is the art of herding. I\'ve learned how to lead teams and manage projects efficiently through human centered herding. My superpower is joining a team that is disjointed and then creating everlasting synergy. I absolutely love working with cross-functional teams and proactively establish new communication strategies that focus on the how individuals communicate rather than how it\'s always been done. My job for the past 3 years (going on 4) has been going into high-profile digital businesses and looking under the hood of how their systems and processes operate. The bulk of those experience has been me working with a variety of lovely humans to change how projects are designed, executed, and analyzed to yield better and stronger launches + products.(Details in my resume below!) I\'ve been very fortunate to have the trust of CEOs and their teams who are open-minded and open to change. As uncomfortable as changes can be, we\'ve been able to accomplish some pretty amazing milestones such as multiple 7-figure course launches, product launches, podcast launches, new website launches, new business launches and more. Since owning my own business, I\'ve learned that I\'m not passionate about being a CEO but I LOVE supporting others who are. I\'d love to continue this path within a larger organization who is looking for a dedicated and passionate Project Manager who genuinely cares about people.
