ABOUT IRENE TAGLIENTE
Irene Tagliente was born in Rome, Italy, in 1982. Director Office 1 Coordinator for Project management PNRR for National Health System at the Ministry of Health. Past Director ff UOC Ufficio Tecnico e Patrimonio. Manager in ASL RM6 since 2019. Manager Coordinator of Operative Center of Emergencies for Italian Red Cross since 2018 to May 2019. In June 2017. Manager of Electromedical equipment since 2011 and expert in Telemedicine. European Doctoral Degree (Doctor Europaeus PhD) in Electronic Engineer and Telecommunication from the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio with focus on Development of new Telemedicine solution for adults and paediatrics patients. She started her study with the B.E degree in Clinical Engineer from the University of Rome, Italy in 2009. In 2012, she received the M.E in Biomedical Engineer from the University of Florence, Italy. In 2013 she received High school specialisation in Economy concerning Management and Compliance as Compliance Officer degree from the University ‘La Sapienza’. In 2014 she has been recognized as Specialist of Matter in Elaboration Data and Signal Processing at University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’ (SSD ING-INF/06) and annually holds seminars. In 2015 she started international research collaboration also with stages at the Norwegian Centre for e-Health Research (NSE), in Tromsø (Norway), where she focused on how to manage projects on Electronic Health Record (EHR)/ Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementation in Hospital settings, both at a regional and a national Level. She also acquired competence on video conferencing infrastructure needed for implementation of specific telemedicine solutions within emergency units and/or second opinions, between doctors with different level of expertise. His research interests, include new mHealth and eHealth application for Telemedicine application in adult and pediatric patients. During the PhD study, she was co- Tutor for M.E and B.E and reviewer of scientific journal, scientific committee of international conference. Concerning her work activity: In 2009 she joined the Board of Engineers of Rome as Industrial Engineer and started to work for Global Service, Hospitals, Private Clinics and Authorities NHS
