ABOUT IRENE MONDRAGÓN

As Director of Total Rewards, I bring an innovative approach in overseeing, leading, and directing the strategy for Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS functions. I have a strong ability in designing, implementing, and managing Total Rewards programs that align with business goals and support in attracting and retaining top talent. I use my analytical skills and an evidence-based management approach in maintaining, evaluating, and approving programs that deliver meaningful outcomes and ROI, while ensuring adherence to compliance and governance. I also partner with all levels of leadership, management, and staff to report, communicate, or educate on Total Rewards programs in support of collaboration and to manage relationships across teams and borders.With a strong foundation in strategic compensation and rewards management, I recognize the importance of the Employee Value Proposition. The last few years, my focus on employee health & welfare programs has led me to become passionate about employee well-being – both in and outside of the workforce. Additionally, I advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of Total Rewards and Human Capital Management to foster improved employee experiences and a refreshed company culture.
