I\'m a Licensed Psychotherapist who uses evidence based and holistic practices to help people cope with anxiety, OCD and life transitions. And by that, I mean that I leverage coping tools, mindfulness and CBT techniques to create an individualized plan for my clients to decrease anxiety, manage OCD and better respond to life\'s transitions. I believe we need a deep understanding of the inner workings of the nervous system as a dysregulated system leads to a chaotic life driven by impulsive behaviors and instant gratification.The best way to do this is by increasing awareness of our feelings separate from our thoughts and taking action to address the root cause and not just mitigate symptoms, suppress and only achieve temporary comfort. With this approach, not only are you becoming less impulsive, more aware and in control, you\'re also healing generational wounds, cutting through the noise, living in the present and creating a better relationship with yourself and with others. I teach individuals to embrace change, be comfortable in the uncomfortable and be open to the possibilities that exist on the other side of temporary gratification.
