My passion for working in the retail environment started in 2011, when I was recruited to manage a store in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where I worked my way up to a District Manager position in a large volume setting. My experience and leadership skills in team development and mentoring, allowed me to further develop my proficiency in critical thinking, problem solving, organizational and operational development and exceeding company performance measurements. I have consistently achieved financial objectives in every retail position including exceeding profitable sales goals. I am passionate about developing my team members and investing in their development in turning retail into a career.
