Hello, I\'m Irena, an HR Generalist located in Lille, North of France. I started my journey within Worldline in 2022 as an HR Assistant, and I now continue with the company as an HR Generalist. Growing up in the north of #Greece, I always had a passion for traveling and exploring. Since the age of 18 years old I have several professional experiences in the areas of Tourism, Customer Service, Real Estate as well as a Bachelor Degree in Education. During the past years, I have lived in 5 different countries and I speak fluently 4 languages. Currently, I am pursuing a Master\'s Degree in \"International Human Resources Management\" at #ISG RH and I am eager to start my career as a HR Business Partner after my studies. Passionate about Human Resources, I know how important our role is in regards to business and employee success. Employees are the engine of businesses and it’s vital that we create cultures in which they can thrive. I strongly believe that #empathy and placing the human at the center of our operations is the heart of our job.
