ABOUT IREM OZDEMIR
In my current role I focus on the programs & systems that shape our employee experience end to end - internal comms, onboarding, learning, performance, feedback, job architecture and more - basically the infrastructure that enables how people work, grow, and stay connected to the org.I approach my work the way a product manager would a product: what are we solving for, who\'s using it, and how do we make it simple, useful, and scalable. I\'m the person who digs into the details, figures out all the limitations and workarounds, project-manages everything so nothing falls through the cracks, and then communicates it in a way that actually makes sense to people. I\'m a fast learner: whether it\'s a new system, a new framework, or a totally new domain, I can ramp up and own it quickly, and I care a lot about the quality of what I deliver without losing speed.I’ve found my strengths especially shine in scaling organizations: where things move & change, and I get to build from scratch or evolve what exists for scalable, people-centered growth!Outside of work I\'m usually in a hot room on my yoga mat! 🤸🧘
