I am a programme manager, at Co-operation Ireland, working on the Voice Matters project, which engages with citizens in a deliberative democratic process to develop and implement solutions to community issues. I am passionate about facilitating dialogue and trust between citizens and authorities, and contributing to the repair of entrenched divisions and deep-rooted issues in society.I have a master\'s degree in Global Security and Borders from Queen\'s University Belfast, and a bachelor\'s degree in Peace and Justice Studies and Religious Studies with a minor in Arabic from Manhattan College where I received multiple awards for my academic excellence and service. I have a strong background in research and field experience, focusing on identity politics and post-conflict reconstruction in South Asia and Northern Ireland. I have also worked in philanthropy and leadership, supporting various organizations and campaigns in the social sector. I am adaptable, diligent, and skilled in active listening, and social awareness. I value community and teamwork, and I am eager to learn and grow in my role.
