Perform 20-30 pre-exam assessments daily including visual acuity, tonometry, autorefraction, keratometry, and imaging to ensure patients were fully prepared for their exams before their visit with the ophthalmologist.• Support patients throughout their care journey in Ophthalmology and Optometry by answering clinical and logistical questions, scheduling appointments for 20-40+ patients daily, and updating documentation, often serving as a communication bridge between patients and doctors.• Collaborate closely with physicians to coordinate testing, imaging, and minor procedures, anticipating needs and providing patients with clear, step-by-step guidance to reduce confusion and improve care experience.
