I am a dedicated professional set to graduate with a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in May 2025. With my experiences as a Graduate Assistant, HR Intern, and Vice President of VSU SHRM, among other roles, I have developed a passion for streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and drive productivity, ensuring thorough documentation to maintain accuracy and accessibility of information. Leveraging data analysis allows me to make informed decisions, while graphic design lets me create visually engaging and impactful content. I excel in delivering dynamic presentations that captivate audiences and convey clear messages. Training and development are key focuses for me, empowering teams through effective learning initiatives. Lastly, I am dedicated to fostering employee engagement by cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Throughout my experiences, I’ve demonstrated strong leadership by overseeing projects, mentoring team members, and driving initiatives that enhance workplace efficiency and morale. I thrive in dynamic environments where I can continuously learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
