Oversee the management and execution of the IT Project Portfolio for Zebra Technologies. Duties include the following:1. Program Planning: Develop program plans, define objectives, scope, and timelines.2. Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with program goals.3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact program success.4. Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular status updates to executives and maintain comprehensive program documentation.5. Staff management: Manage a team of program managers along multiple workstreams concurrently.6. Program Organization: Set up the program organization, operational and governance structure.7. Resource Mobilization: Mobilize and support critical resources needed for program planning.8. Communication: Ensure effective program-level communication across the organization and with third parties.
