Mountain girl.I am a Corporate Communications Leader with extensive experience in Internal Communications, Employer branding, PR, Social media, Leadership Communications and stakeholder management. I have worked in various sectors such as Healthcare, Consumer Electronics, IT, Retail, GCCs, luxury automotive and currently with the SaaS major, Freshworks. As a communications leader, I’ve had the opportunity to champion and lead teams on various programs such as Employee Value Proposition, Media relations, Automotive Safety, Innovation, CSR and am a Corporate social media expert. In addition, I’ve been able to partner with several sustainable business practices, diversity and inclusion programs. I am passionate about diversity, and speaking about women in the North East of India and rightfully following my values as a founding member of Global Women in PR (GWPR) India chapter and a speaker and member of the regional PR Committees in India. I am featured as Global Influence 100, Rising stars by the international PRovoke identified by peers and among 40 Young Turks by Reputation Today.Coming from a small but beautiful state of Sikkim, at the foothills of the Himalayas, in North East India, I mentor young women students & entrepreneurs in my home state. As a true mountain girl I love and enjoy long nature walks, reading and writing as my main hobbies.
