I’m a public sector leader with more than two decades of experience advancing civil rights, ADA and Title VI compliance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion across local and federal systems. My work is rooted in justice and accessibility—and guided by the belief that good governance centers people and policy in equal measure.At the City of Phoenix, I’ve led thousands of investigations, launched high-impact training initiatives, and modernized compliance systems. As ADA/Title VI Program Manager in the Aviation Department, I oversee regulatory equity for one of the country’s busiest airports—ensuring access and inclusion are built into every project from the ground up.I’ve partnered with HUD, FAA, DOJ, and local governments on efforts that protect rights, advance opportunity, and align public operations with the values of fairness and dignity.    Responsible for managing the City of Phoenix’s Aviation Department ADA and Title VI compliance program, including compliance monitoring consistent with Federal Aviation Administration rules and regulations.+ Process all ADA and Title VI complaints on behalf of the Aviation Department and ensure compliance review action items are completed within established timeframes.+ Conduct ADA and Title VI training to department staff, concessionaries, tenants, fixed-based operators, and contractors.+ Ensure compliance with language access requirements.+ Complete the Department’s annual ADA progress reporting.+ Manage construction budgeting and work closely with contractors to ensure ADA compliance with all capital projects.
