o As a senior scrum master, I conduct daily stand ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, planning poker (User story estimation session, sprint review or system demo meetings. o This Team is working on a migration project and also supporting tickets to improve UI/UX for the consumer apps. o I am also working as an RTE my responsibilities include managing ART event and processes, communication with stakeholders, escalating and tracking impediments, managing dependencies and risks and encouraging collaboration between teams dieting PI plannings. o As a RTE I organize and drive safe events as well like team cadence where different teams collectively plan short term or long term development cycles, ART Sync at every stage, Demos and workshops with backlog refinement. o I coach and provide tailored expertise across multiple teams to assess and uplift agile capabilities e.g, organizing value stream, clear alignment with OKRs, breaking down work consistently into small batches to achieve higher and better results, well informed backlog management, with servant leadership mindset. o I have strong proven skills in facilitation, continuous improvement, empowerment, transparency and conflict management. o As a senior scrum master it’s my responsibility to guide the project teams in the use of agile and Scrum practices, coaching teams on self-organization and cross-functionality, and ensuring that the team is operating efficiently. o I am helping an AWS Platform services delivery team. Platform team consists of 12 members. Team is working on BAUs, AWS Platform Enhancements as well as working on migrating data from on prem to Cloud. o This was a whole new team who so we started with a lightweight agile framework which is scrum in order to help team understand how agile principles and best engineering practices (likewise CI/CD, BDD, TDD) can help them improve performance. We also initiated Self-services model to automate maximum workstreams.
