I lead the Global Rates Strategy team and serve as Chief U.S. Interest Rate Strategist at Bloomberg Intelligence, the research division of Bloomberg LP. Based in Princeton, NJ, I provide both top-down and bottom-up analysis of the U.S. Treasury market and related derivatives, with a focus on Federal Reserve policy, fiscal developments, and debt issuance. My insights are regularly featured on Bloomberg TV and radio, and my written work can be found on the Bloomberg Terminal at BI RATES. The views expressed are my own.Before joining Bloomberg, I was a strategist supporting taxable fixed income portfolios at Oppenheimer Funds. I previously spent more than a decade in fixed income research roles at Credit Suisse and RBC Capital Markets, including serving as Head of U.S. Interest Rate Strategy at Credit Suisse. Earlier in my career, I held positions at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and The Vanguard Group.Outside of markets, I co-founded Real Central NJ Soccer, a minor league club serving the Trenton/Princeton region. I’m also deeply engaged in early American history and heritage. I’ve served as Board Chair of the Crossroads of the American Revolution National Heritage Area and held leadership roles in several historical organizations, including the Sons of the American Revolution, the Association of Blauvelt Descendants, and the Holland Society of New York.
