About Ira Goldstein
Jerry\'s is a family business. My brother David and I entered when my Dad, Jerry Goldstein opened his first art supply store in Great Neck New York on Northern Blvd the year was 1968 and I was 13 years old.Things have changed since then we now have 15 retail stores and two mail order catalogs available both in print and on the web. I have done many jobs along the road of this journey and currently in our new Raleigh offices I am actively involved with new product creation, design and marketing as well as choosing from existing products to add to our mix. I work with all aspects of the operation including warehouse, marketing, financial, and our new Burning Oak video production facility.Specialties: photography, art and marketing, branding, new purchasing, developement, expantion,

About when I started here; Actualy, Jerry\'s is family owned and although I began working full time upon my graduation from RIT I actualy began working with my family in 1968. It has been a journey and a passion, I am proud to say my children will be the third generation of Jerry\'s with my son currently involved as the President of our video production facility Burning Oak stdios and my daughter about to join us with a BFA in fine art - concentrating in painting and a minor in art history as well as a BA / BS in Buisness marketing.
