About Ira Dawar
After completing MBA in 2018, I started my career as an Assistant Finance Manager in India’s largest FMCG company.Being a part of the FP & A and Performance Management team, I work on preparing presentation decks and analysis reports that provide key performance insights to the Management Committee of HUL and enable them to drive actions across divisions.From my work, I’ve acquired the skill of story-telling through data and also stakeholder management.My summer internship with HUL gave me the opportunity to work on a Zero Based Budgeting Project for Lakmé Salons, where my analysis highlighted potential savings of 10%.I also possess experience of working in a consultancy firm, ZS Private Limited, wherein I prepared reports on Incentive Compensation for sales representatives of a US Pharmaceutical Company, using company’s in-built software.
