I am a passionate psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, extensive research experience, and expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Currently, I am working at Nirvaan Therapy, where I help individuals overcome challenges such as depression, anxiety, addiction, self-esteem issues, body dysmorphic concerns, work-related stress, and procrastination. My approach is client-centered and grounded in fostering resilience, self-growth, and sustainable well-being. In addition to my clinical work, I bring a strong academic and research background. My postgraduate research explored areas like Ostracism, Aggression and their relationship to Video gaming addiction, as well as the Quality of life among teenagers.
