About Ira Pyles
My desire is to leverage my Enhanced 911 (E911) operational experience along with my Next Generation 911 (NG911) knowledge and product development experience to provide professional services in the planning, design, and implementation of Public Safety and Emergency Services solutions deployed for use by Public Safety entities. While I have an end-to-end knowledge of i3 standards for the deployment of NG911 solutions, I have a special interest and expertise in the location information aspects obtained through my product development experience of NGCS Location Services related functional elements, primarily with the Emergency Call Routing Function (ECRF), Location Validation Function (LVF), and MSAG Conversion Service (MCS).
