I started Beyond The Ledgers because I know the challenges in the accounting industry: local teams struggling with heavy workloads, high turnover, and difficulty finding the right support.My mission is to help accounting firms expand their local teams to the Philippines remotely. Teams that aren’t just skilled, but lovely people to work with. We take care of everything from recruitment, onboarding, and creating a space where people do their best work, stay and loyal. What makes us different is that we take good care of our clients and the people behind the work. With my background in accounting industry and my deep understanding of Filipino culture, knowing both worlds, I’ve built a model that helps firms create a reliable online accounting team in the Philippines.
