As a scientist in the target discovery team, I am analyzing the T cells of cancer patients with exceptional responses to immunotherapy to discover clinically relevant targets and TCRs. I am identifying natural target of a T cell receptor, or TCR, using an unbiased, genome-wide, high-throughput screen. This extremely versatile technology is applicable across multiple therapeutic areas, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and infectious diseases. At TScan we are dedicated to changing lives by discovering new cancer targets and developing safe and effective T-cell therapies for patients.
