Manage team activities including assigning work and change tickets. Propose work schedules for Data Center travel and travel to off-site locations for inventory and hardware installation. Assist with Weekly and Monthly reports. Handle issues between teams and work to clear up misunderstandings. Assist with process analysis, SOPs, and User Guides. Manage $150 million in assets for a staff of 200+ in 2 operational sites, 4 national gateways, and testing lab. Assist with inventory control at the national gateways. Work with engineers to install or uninstall hardware in the different locations. Handle daily shipping and receiving of computer hardware; including proper packing, banding, and wrapping. Ensure that all equipment is accounted for and can be located upon request. Provide support to the various teams when items are needed, in the form of retrieving hardware and moving it to the integration room for configuration and assessment. Manage Configuration Management Database, Move Add Change Tickets, and other various daily tasks. Manage the receiving VA Purchase Orders for hardware and equipment configured and deployed by VA NOC (National Operations Center). Assist with the verification of the received hardware and equipment to make sure that what was ordered was received. Help manage the RFID Inventory System to track our assets across all our locations.
