Ambassador Champion @East Midlands Apprenticeship Ambassador Network
Voluntary apprentice ambassador with the East Midlands Apprenticeship Ambassador Network.I work with the network to attend schools and career events to share my story and spread awareness about apprenticeships. I am the ambassador champion for East Midlands allowing me to assist the leadership team in furthering the cause to promote apprenticeships within East Midlands as well as nationwide. I also have the opportunity to attend various different events and meet amazing employers and MPs who celebrate apprenticeships and the skills it entails.

ABOUT IQRA JAFFARY
I am a qualified paralegal after completing a Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship and I’m also now currently completing a Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship at Broxtowe Borough Council.I started my legal journey with Broxtowe in 2021 and I am continuing to learn and develop my skills & knowledge with the Council’s legal team as well as exploring the depths of local government.I am also the Ambassador Champion for the East Midlands Apprenticeship Ambassador Network in which I have the opportunity to attend schools and career fairs to spread awareness and key information regarding apprenticeships and share my story. As part of EMAAN, I’ve created and lead on I.D.E.A (Inclusivity, Diversity, Equality and Accessibility) in apprenticeship awareness. I’ve created this subgroup to diversify ambassadorial work to different communities from ethnic diversity to neurodiversity, etc. This will further equality/diversity within the apprenticeship awareness scheme and better cater to underrepresented communities and creating a space where people from all backgrounds belong.
