Analyze project specifications and drawings to assess scope, risks, and cost implications, providing detailed breakdowns to management and stakeholders. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather quotes, verify pricing, and ensure alignment with project specifications. Collaborate with project managers and other internal teams to ensure estimates reflected the project scope and aligned with company objectives. Maintain an up-to-date database of project costs, historical data, and market trends to refine future estimates and bidding strategies. Conduct site visits as needed to gather information for accurate project assessment and estimating.
