Daily war room call with TFS/workforce team and business stakeholders to update the progress on hiring. Sending overall report to TFS/workforce on current demand status. Sending report to stakeholders everyday basis for escalated clients. Attending client calls every day with business stakeholders, PMO and workforce team. Audit check for all the selected candidates through various channels Checking Rehire data, blacklisted candidates, DNH/DNU, Flow Down, empaneled EI, Distribution List etc. Negotiating WO rate with supplier for each selected candidate. Managing benchmark saving for Accenture India contract hiringOpening demands in IQN and assigning it to recruiter.Updating Saving and CDS files daily basis.Updating interview audit tracker and get the Hirevue interview validation.Dealing with recruiter concerns, leaves management, validating and approving timesheets. Handling escalation and providing solution as an alternative plan. Connecting vendor call every alternative day to provide the priority demands and fast tracking the supply. Working with routed and boutique suppliers for Super niche demands and tier 2 and 3 locations demands. Helping the PMO, Hiring managers in IQN process such as profile validation, interview process, WO creation, revising the WO rate, closing the WO etc.Always doing the right thing, lead with excellence confidence and humility, committed to client centricity, acting as true partner, caring and respecting all of our people
