The engagement through TCS included Oracle EBS advisory for niche programs like enabling full Order to Cash and Procure to Pay solution for multiple regions, Designing Integration with Warehouse Management (WMS) systems, Oracle R12 Upgrades, Designing admissions and enrollment system for Oracle Student System. Worked in multiple Client Locations at Onsite including South Africa, US, Canada & Japan. My key responsibilities at Client location -Conducting Workshops with Client to understand the current AS IS process and discussing the gaps that are there in the existing system-Detailed Business Requirement gathering and documenting AS IS process documents to make sure we have complete understanding of their current process-Preparing FIT Gap analysis and TO BE process document to detail down the Gaps-Preparing Functional Specification on the specific Interfaces, Extensions, Reports etc. which are part of the solution design -Performing QA testing for the designed components and End to End testing for the solution -Preparing UAT test scripts covering all the cases that can be used extensively by client-Preparing Training material for client covering key business process in the system (Oracle eBS) including Interfaces and Extensions using Oracle User Productivity Print UPK Tool.
