I am a Partner in the Deloitte Executive Remuneration Consulting Practice. I have over 10 years of experience advising Boards and Remuneration Committees on all aspects of executive remuneration. I have a cross-sector focus working with a wide range of UK-listed (FTSE 350 and FTSE Small Cap) and private companies. I also co-lead our Reward in Funds offering, which focuses on the reward arrangements for alternative asset managers (e.g. private equity, infrastructure, real estate, etc). I have expertise in developing remuneration strategy, incentive design, performance measures and targets and pay benchmarking. I also support clients with the process of shareholder consultation and advise on how to build and maintain the support of institutional investors.
