Developed a full life cycle recruitment strategy, policy & procedure with Application Racking system, which ensures that the right practices are undertaken to attract the best matching talents. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the contracted recruitment agencies against stated objectives, quality of talents supplied within a specific/allocated time frame and cost comparison with the other service providers. More than 15 years into HR Operations of total 30 years experience; managing talent acquisition from Directors to Labour (Bulk recruitment) locally as well as internationally viz; Europe, Australia, Northern America, South Africa, Middle east, Indian subcontinent and SEA. Have hands on construction sector (defense projects, high rise/vertical in addition to infrastructure), FMCG, food stuff manufacturing, retail trading, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals & healthcare while working in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Malaysia, Kuwait & India. Well versed with employment regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, applicable laws pertaining to all personnel matters & Ensure compliance with the Regional Labour Law. Act as a business partner with business heads, directors & vice presidents, also with external recruitment agencies to develop effective, efficient recruitment & sourcing strategies to achieve targets in a power paced environment. More than personnel deployed during my tenure with El- Seif.
