Well versed with employment regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, applicable laws pertaining to all personnel matters & Ensure compliance with the Regional Labour Law. Act as a business partner with business heads, directors & vice presidents, also with external recruitment agencies to develop effective, efficient recruitment & sourcing strategies to achieve targets in a power paced environment. More than personnel deployed during my tenure with El- Seif.
