I am an experienced higher education administrator and Principal Investigator with a strong record of leading grant-funded initiatives, building cross-campus collaborations, and advancing student success. Over the past several years, I have directed multimillion-dollar federal projects that created new workforce pathways for CSU and community college students in California’s Central Valley, while also supporting graduate recruitment and the growth of graduate programs within the UC and CSU system.My expertise spans grant management, budget oversight, program development, graduate recruitment, and stakeholder engagement—from writing competitive proposals to managing large-scale projects that bring together faculty, staff, and students across multiple campuses.
