Part of the product management team responsible for the Trados Cloud platform. Trados Cloud supports the entire localization supply chain and is used by some of the world’s leading technology companies to streamline the management of multilingual content at scale- Develop product strategy and roadmaps that align with market needs and customer expectations- Create additional collateral and resources for product stakeholders, including senior management, commercial, marketing, and R&D teams- Responsible for data and analytics for the Trados platform. I recently led a project to replace the incumbent reporting technology with Amazon QuickSight, providing customers with an embedded self-service reporting experience. This project was completed ahead of schedule and yielded significant cost savings for the business, while receiving excellent feedback from customers. As a follow-up to this project, I was invited to join the Amazon QuickSight Customer Advisory Board- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at all phases of the product development cycle, from initial requirement gathering through to packaging and pricing discussions for new product features- Led the formation of a new Customer Advisory Board, where the product team can collaborate with trusted product users to collect feedback and input to help validate and shape future product strategy- Experienced speaker at industry events and conferences- Deliver quarterly customer webinars and workshops. Additionally, I am a regular speaker at internal product presentations, including monthly product councils and sales enablement sessions- In addition to delivering innovation in new products, I am experienced in managing the end-of-life process for legacy products and capabilities when the time is right, making tough decisions to ensure the long-term success of the product portfolio.
