ABOUT IONUT PREDUS
I am a Digital Construction / BIM Specialist with eight years of experience, dedicated to improving construction delivery through effective use of technology and well‑structured information management.My responsibilities include leading projects from a BIM perspective from tender through to handover, ensuring all processes and best practices are applied consistently. I develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans and project documentation in alignment with ISO 19650 and industry standards, while managing model federation, validation routines, and quality audits. I verify asset information using tools such as the Bespoke IFC Checker, Solibri Office, and COBieQC, and coordinate information handovers at key project stages to support smooth transitions.I work closely with Design Teams and Appointing Parties to ensure compliance with project BEPs and EIRs, and support Information Delivery Planning using platforms such as Morta and Power BI. I also capture accurate site data through laser scanning and point cloud registration. Alongside these responsibilities, I provide training and support to project teams to ensure consistent adoption of BIM processes, standards, and digital workflows.
