As the Founder & CEO of Open Food Standard, I lead a mission-driven company dedicated to increasing transparency in the food industry. Our goal is to empower consumers with clear, accessible information about the ingredients in their food-helping them make informed, healthier choices.Our first initiative, Label Heart, is a web app and browser plugin that alerts users when ingredients in their groceries are banned in other countries or linked to potential health risks. By leveraging data and technology, Open Food Standard aims to set a new benchmark for food transparency, advocacy, and consumer empowerment.I am passionate about bridging the gap between food labeling and public awareness, ensuring that people have the knowledge they need to make the best choices for themselves and their families.
