Lead and deliver the UK integration programme covering 15 operating companies (c.£43.5m turnover), managing up to six concurrent integrations across six core workstreams — Finance, IT, HR, Payroll, Operations, and Communications- Deliver end-to-end integration projects from acquisition to full go-live, typically completing within 3–4 months (vs. 6-month target)- Manage large cross-functional teams across HR, IT, Finance, M&A, and Operations, working closely with Directors and senior stakeholders at group and opco level- Oversee the full systems transition portfolio including Sage Intacct financial integrations, Workday HRIS, D365 IT infrastructure, bank migrations, payroll transitions, and ad hoc corporate initiatives (e.g. H&S, procurement)- Provide functional and day-to-day leadership for the Finance Integration Specialist and IT support functions- Design and embed integration frameworks, templates, and governance models, standardising delivery and reducing overall integration timelines by 40%- Lead the Sage transformation programme, contributing to solution design, process mapping, and roles and responsibilities definition — acting effectively in a programme management capacity- Produce senior-level progress reports, dashboards, and risk assessments for Directors and the M&A team- Champion effective change and communication strategies to ensure rapid onboarding, operational continuity, and high adoption rates.
