I was looking to start directing sitcoms and films, when this incredible opportunity came up to work on \"BLACK-ish\" as the Dialogue Coach for the four fantastic children on the show. The beauty, I get to shadow a new director every week. I am getting paid to learn. I help the actors with their lines, give them some focus in the scene and stay close to the director to assist him or her with what they want from the kids. Oftentimes, because I am the constant, I can help interpret what the new director is asking for and be a bridge for director and actor.
