Lead the development of a high-performance Electric Drive Unit (EDU) with focus on NVH, efficiency, performance, and durability.• Product Ownership: Act as Product Owner, leading a team of engineers to deliver attribute targets through simulation, validation, and system-level integration.• System Integration: Serve as the system engineering focal point, ensuring seamless EDU integration into the vehicle architecture to meet attribute and durability objectives.• Supplier Management: Lead all supplier meetings for EDU attribute topics, ensuring alignment on technical requirements, test plans, and hardware/software readiness.• Simulation & Analysis: Conduct efficiency and performance simulations, analyze results, and drive optimization through data-led decision-making.• Durability Ownership: Responsible for physical and virtual durability testing, including RLD activities and Multi-Body System (MBS) correlation studies.• Controller Calibration: Support and validate controller calibration activities to ensure driveability, efficiency, and durability compliance.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with vehicle engineering, powerpack, and other integration teams to ensure compatibility and performance at vehicle level.• AI & Automation: Use Copilot AI to automate data analysis, generate MATLAB simulation code, and create custom AI agents for repetitive or data-heavy tasks.• Agile Delivery: Apply Agile methodology in project delivery, using Jira for sprint management and issue tracking, and Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing.• Continuous Improvement: Promote modern engineering practices, leveraging AI tools and Agile workflows to enhance testing efficiency and team productivity.• Vehicle prep and testing to support vehicle level assessments, vehicle logging and vehicle level data analysis.
