Responsibilities:• Lead the design and development of production-grade machine learning systems supporting live game environments with millions of daily active users owning the full lifecycle from data collection and feature engineering through to deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimisation.• Build and maintain scalable ML infrastructure and data pipelines using GCP, BigQuery, and Airflow to enable efficient experimentation, reproducibility, and high-throughput model training and serving.• Design and implement large-scale experimentation frameworks to strengthen data-informed decision-making — including randomised data collection, exposure modelling, and uplift measurement for in-game features and CRM personalisation.• Develop predictive and personalisation models such as customer lifetime value (LTV), engagement, and retention forecasting to enhance player experience and inform strategic decision-making across the player lifecycle.• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and engineering teams to translate complex business challenges into measurable outcomes through explainable, reliable, and high-impact AI solutions.• Drive innovation in applied machine learning and recommender systems, exploring advanced techniques in collaborative filtering, context-aware modelling, and contextual bandits to deliver personalised player experiences at scale.
