Experienced in setting up and independently running Marchesini Packing lines (EP01, EP02, EP03) on site where Ellipta devices are packaged ready for onward dispatch from warehouse.• In depth knowledge of serialization process (PoDa, Track & Trace, Full Track & Trace)• Knowledge how to operate complex tasks in Sea vision systems (e.g. manual decommission of pallets/cases/cartons)• Good understanding of the root causes why the most frequent aggregation errors occur• Good Knowledge of the RSC Packing Stream SOPs and WIs and their importance (including EHS)• Good understanding of the Reject Tracking system (Activplant) and what my responsibilities are (e.g. focused reaction on the source of the problem) in order to improve the line’s Overall Equipment• Troubleshooting-responding to machine stoppages, do initial assessment and escalate issues when required• In depth knowledge of the batch record process (both paper and electronic)• Expertise in all the steps of the Packing process: Batch Preparation, SOB challenges, Daily Challenges, Set up and End of batch• Expertise in IPCs tasks• Expertise in Line Clearance tasks• Knowledge in operating GSK’s MERPS (SAP)(booking on devices and components like cartons, booklets/leaflets, desiccants, labels, trays etc.)
