About Me: I\'ve embarked on an extraordinary journey from security services to the boundless skies of cloud computing. My passion for technology and innovation led me to enroll in an AWS Academy in October 2022. My Journey: Security Services to Cloud Security Services Background: Before transitioning to cloud computing, I spent years in security services, managing client requests and ensuring the protection of digital assets. This experience honed my communication, strategic planning, and attention to detail. Current Role as IT Technician: I recently became an IT Technician, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and providing technical support. This role has further developed my problem-solving skills and technical communication abilities. CompTIA Certifications and IT Troubleshooting: I hold valuable CompTIA certifications, including CompTIA A+, which equipped me with essential IT support skills. My structured troubleshooting approach enhances my efficiency in resolving issues. Cloud and Service Management Certifications: I proudly hold several certifications, including AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals), ITIL Foundation, AWS Certified Practitioner, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate. These validate my expertise in cloud technologies and service management principles.
