For over 15 years, I’ve designed learning programs, coached leaders, and led communication-centered change across sectors and continents. My work blends strategy and empathy, structure and soul. I build the kind of learning that actually sticks—because it’s relevant, scalable, and deeply human. As Director of Learning Programs at Wordsmith Communications, I’ve created high-impact training systems used by thousands of professionals, led organization-wide change initiatives, and mentored the team behind the work. I’ve also built tools, redesigned delivery models, and helped leaders write and communicate in ways that reflect who they really are. Before this, I ran a coaching and speaking practice that reached across Europe and the U.S, and served as a strategic advisor to government leaders during times of real transformation. Whether I’m shaping curriculum, simplifying systems, or guiding someone through a mindset shift, I bring the same core approach: clear thinking, practical structure, and deep respect for the people doing the work. What drives me is simple: I care about helping people unlock their potential—and I believe the right learning experience can change everything.
