Hi, I\'m Ioana! As a true believer in the transformational power of new media (as well as an all-around lover of great stories;) I seek to support ventures of all sizes in harnessing the power of the digital space to share their message. Ever hungry for the next challenge, I\'ve grown by leaving my comfort zone, whether that meant teaching myself the latest software or leading campaigns for international players such as the ING Group or PwC by the age of 21. Having gotten my start by collaborating with different NGOs, I understood pretty early on that online engagement can be an impactful way to amplify big ideas. As an advocate for equality and sustainability, I dedicate myself to bringing powerful visions to life by telling stories and offering people the tools needed to grow & develop. Put simply: I believe that great content has the power to connect people, inspire change, and transform our reality. Whether I\'m working with a small startup or a large corporation, I focus on crafting a narrative that resonates with audiences and drives results. Social media campaigns, newsletters, or video production - regardless of medium, my approach to content strategy is rooted in developing a compelling story that drives engagement and builds brand loyalty. As a content marketer, I am used to working collaboratively with teams of all kinds. Whether you\'re a designer, a developer, or a CEO, I\'ve spent years learning how to bridge the gap between creative and technical perspectives to deliver outstanding results. A problem-solver with an innate ability to focus on the big picture, I help teams of all kinds upscale their creative management capabilities. After finishing my studies in the field of communication science, I co-founded P&M, an innovative agency aiming to make great content more accessible to impact-focused businesses.
