ABOUT SILVIA CEPLEANU

I was born and grew up in Romania. I’ve lived in Spain & Italy let’s say that the eastern culture has always been part of me, independently of the location.Currently at Docebo, my job is to deliver value-based product demonstrations and tailor them to very specific needs, across the UK & Nordics region.I love my job! But I also love emotional intelligence. I talk to prospects and customers everyday and I strongly believe that the ultimate connection comes from always being direct, genuine (Balkan roots hitting), have a native curiosity and adding a human touch in all interactions. We’re all unique beings, why wouldn’t we show that to the world? Half-hearted people?
