AI is changing how organisations work.The question is no longer whether companies will adopt it, they already have.The real challenge is designing organisations where humans stay one step ahead of the systems and AI shaping the work.My passion is organisational effectiveness inside a fast-growing fintech environment. Maintaining that pace and clarity of a smaller organisation while building the foundations of a larger one is the key. In practice, that comes down to structure, leadership capability and ensuring accountability grows as organisations scale.Earlier in my career I worked closer to the commercial and operational side of organisations in New York and London. That experience shaped how I approach people strategy today. The People function should not exist as an administrative layer. It should exist to build organisations that perform.Fluent in Italian, Romanian and English, with working knowledge of Spanish, I’ve spent my career operating across international teams and cultures.Outside work, I’m a working mum, which has been excellent training in negotiation and staying calm under pressure.
