Respond to calls received by the Control Centre, taking appropriate action to resolve issues in compliance with established policies and procedures, including on-site attendance when necessary.• Handle out-of-hours calls and initiate the Emergency Plan when required.• Collaborate effectively as a team to ensure seamless 24/7 service delivery through a structured shift system, providing short-notice emergency cover as needed.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of residents, calls, incidents, and equipment, ensuring adherence to policies and documenting outcomes comprehensively.• Promote, install, program, test, and maintain Control Centre equipment, diagnosing and reporting faults while implementing suitable solutions.• Assist and communicate with stakeholders, including law enforcement, health professionals, and other relevant parties, fostering effective coordination.
